The International Human Rights Defenders Foundation (IHRDF) is honoured to have Shri Avinash Rai Khanna as its Honorary Chairman.
A distinguished political leader, social worker and author of several books on human rights, Shri Avinash Rai Khanna has been associated with public service, social development and initiatives addressing important issues affecting society.
His contributions as a public representative and commitment to social welfare reflect the importance of leadership, public responsibility and service to humanity. Through his writings and social engagement, he has contributed to discussions on human rights, democratic values, social justice and the dignity of individuals.
As Honorary Chairman of IHRDF, his association represents the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening human rights awareness, encouraging humanitarian initiatives and promoting a culture of equality, justice and social responsibility.
Prof Kyung Bai An

The International Human Rights Defenders Foundation (IHRDF) proudly recognizes Prof. Kyung Bai An as the USA Chapter President, providing leadership and direction to the Foundation’s activities and initiatives across the United States.
With a background in martial arts and a connection to New York, Prof. Kyung Bai An brings a commitment to discipline, respect, leadership and the values of peaceful coexistence. These principles complement IHRDF’s mission of promoting human dignity, equality, justice and universal human rights.
As USA Chapter President, Prof. Kyung Bai An plays an important role in representing IHRDF in the United States, strengthening international partnerships, promoting human rights awareness and supporting humanitarian initiatives.
Mr. Shasi kumar
SECRETARY GENERAL
Shasi Kumar serves as the International Secretary General of the International Human Rights Defenders Foundation (IHRDF), providing leadership, strategic coordination and international representation in advancing the Foundation’s global mission of promoting and protecting human rights.
With a strong commitment to humanitarian service, social justice and international cooperation, he works towards strengthening the Foundation’s global presence, building partnerships with international organizations, government representatives, human rights advocates and civil society leaders.
His vision is to create a world where every individual, particularly those from underprivileged and marginalized communities, enjoys dignity, equality, freedom and access to justice.
